Due to the nature of some of our products returns will be on a case by case basis. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

Personal care items, gift cards, and custom orders cannot be refunded once purchased due to the nature of these. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges for clothing or shoe sizes is available – please just contact us to make this happen. Exchanges must occur within 10 days of the shipment of goods.

Our policy lasts 30 days – any enquiries outside of this time frame will only be considered if the item is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will always honour the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act (FTA) in all our dealings.

 When contacting us to discuss a refund please include the items, reason for return and the date on which it was purchased.

We will process refunds through online banking and will require your bank details to do this – if any issues occur through this process please contact us.
